National declaration of performance of construction products
The national declaration of performance is the document by which the manufacturer declares the performance of the construction product following the relevant Polish product standard or national technical assessment, referring to those essential characteristics which affect the fulfilment of the essential requirements of the construction works and following the intended use of the product. The manufacturer may communicate the performance of the construction product concerning the essential characteristics (e.g. advertising folders, information catalogues) only if they are specified in the national declaration of performance.
